We choose high quality ingredients, preferring local Italian produce, to guarantee the territoriality of the product.
We use simple ingredients, without additives and colorants, such as high-unsaturated sunflower oil, which ensures optimum synthesis between cooking performance and nutritional aspects.
The Italian iodized salt, with which we give flavor to our products, has beneficial effects on health.
FOR WHAT WE DO
Processing is still handmade today in accordance with the tradition of baking. The use of long leavening (called “biga”) and the folding work of the dough that incorporates air, makes the dough live and elastic, allowing us to obtain a lighter and more crumbly product.
Cooking also follows artisanal processing: the right oil temperature, constant, and fast frying times, ensure less oil absorption, to ensure the lowest possible caloric intake.
